Nokia C6 No Earpiece Speaker Sound solution

If encountered a Nokia C6 Earpiece Speaker Problem, this solution can be used to deal with it.
You must first check the earpiece speaker by using a multimeter. Then visually check the flex cable wire if already been damaged.
If the earpiece speaker is okay and also the flexible cable wire is okay and or already tried installing a new replacement on it but still there is no audio sounds can be heard on it when making a call to other device.

 If the earpiece speaker and flexible wire were both okay, check and also ensure that the pin connector is free from dust, dirt and corrosion build up.There are components such as the filter coil and an ESD protection resistor which is mounted  near the flex pin connector where the audio signal flow across to it and feeds from the audio IC (AVILMA).
You must check this components and or replaced if found damaged or when there is an oxidation building up found in these components. Trace also the connection line paths through to the flex pin connector.

If all of the above is seems all been checked and nothing wrong with it, reworking the audio IC is the final option.
